Tornado warned supercell with wall cloud near Llano, Tx. USA_2007_Day_5_022.jpg Large drops of anvil rain were falling on us here - we were lucky it didn't hail. More structure from Castell, Tx.
Another move saw us eyeing this now striated beast NW of Fredericksburg, Tx as it barreled down the road towards us. This is a 3 photo panaorama with each taken at 10mm. It was CLOSE! The supercell eventually gusted out and we dropped south to Kerrville, Tx where we witnessed a nice lightning show. In this image, the foreground is very bright because another CG hit just 300m behind us.

We moved a bit to Castell, Tx where we witnessed an awesome inflow band which was just racing into the wall cloud of this beautifully structured supercell.
