The low pressure system stalled over Melbourne (VIC) on the 19th and generated more storms. A severe storm near Geelong produced a spectacular funnel cloud which lasted about 15 minutes. This storm produced a shallow cone-shaped funnel which lasted about 4 minutes. The day saw several reports of flash flooding and large hail.
