2005 Dec 17th

This day was a bit all over the place. With nice shear in place, a strong storm developed near Beaudesert and raced rapidly E across south Brisbane and out to sea and another cell developed W of Marburg and raced E and then NE, eventually moving out to sea over Bribie Island where a few people managed some AWESOME photos of the guster (not me). Later in the day a weak cell developed on the border ranges and moved SE as the sun set, making for some very nice photos (taken from near Jacob Wells).
