2006 Mar 5th

A sub-tropical cyclone developed near the SE Qld coast, generating heavy rainfall, storm force winds and massive ocean swells. Wave rider buoys peaked at a maximum height of 17m early on the 5th March. These pictures were taken near Snapper Rocks near Coolangatta.
