Greensburg re-visited

We were in the area so we took a trip back to Greensburg to see how they were recovering from the devastating EF-5 tornado which destroyed the town on May 4th 2007. Some very kind friends took us on a tour of the town and told us some amazing (and some sobering) stories.

A memorial has been set up to remember those who were killed in Greensburg. The man on the top of the list was a town icon. He was trying to get across the road from his house to a nearby basement but tragically never made it.
