We headed north again towards Dresden and as we neared town, we drove under a new strongly rotating meso and saw a cone tornado to our north about 4-5mi away (left of the road). As we edged north, a second tornado developed less than 1mi in front of us and crossed the road!! We later viewed one of these (guessing the northern one) become a large multi-vortex just near Dresden which we think may've taken a hit.
