The first storm as we head west to intercept it (sorry about the squished bugs on the windscreen).

The cell intensified rapidly north of Dighton, Kansas and was organising into a monster!

As we moved north to position ourselves in front of the wall cloud, the mammatus display was awesome!

The structure of this storm was incredible as was the inflow which was easily 40knts. Dust can be seen blowing into the wall cloud on the right. Near Gove, Kansas.

As we continued to race north, the wall cloud looked really nasty! South of Gove, Kansas.

We ended up stopping near Grainfield to let this storm pass us by even though it was still tornado warned (there is a tornado just right of centre in this photo but the contrast is incredibly poor).

We dropped south to near Gove and picked up the next storm coming up from the south. It had some great structure and was hammering out CG's.
